Exact Sciences was using Microsoft Dynamics to manage its projects. The system was not customizable and lacked the functionality Exact Sciences required to run projects efficiently. Projects sat in an isolated system and lacked key information and context, making reporting time consuming
Because projects can be linked to the actual Sales accounts in Salesforce, Exact Sciences can now easily forecast revenue using the information in Cloud Coach, helping to determine accurate project ROI for the business, without leaving the Salesforce platform. Cloud Coach is more user friendly than the previous system, while also offering the ability to customize and more closely fit the needs of Exact Sciences
